DD and Geoff wanted to update the colors on their two-story wood home in Boulder’s Kings Ridge neighborhood. The existing exterior also had fading paint, peeling paint, and wood rot. During the initial walkthrough, Positive Painting Pros identified rotten wood that needed to be replaced. After reviewing the full exterior, the homeowners and team determined that a complete repaint was the best solution.
The project included a full color consultation and communication at every step. Eric led the crew through four days of exterior work, finishing the project on September 18, 2026. The selected Sherwin-Williams colors were Pure White, Iron Ore, and Tricorn Black, with a satin finish.
